"Following" Button seems unintuitive

The button titled "Following" is a little unintuitive since you would click this to stop following something. It also seems a little asymmetric with the "Follow this Suggestion" it toggles with
SixLinks Developers' response:
Will add a "click to stop following" mouseover for the Following state.
