Privacy Policy done, On to News

Privacy policy and Terms of Use are now live (Terms of Use needs to be added to the bottom) and I am working on news. Confused about how/if scope fits, but I'll probably figure it out. 1 article done, 2 million to go.

I think scope makes some intuitive sense. How broad does the story's scope extend? (City, Nation, Global, etc)
