Insulating Paint, Is this real?

So a sponsored ad popped up on gmail, advertising a paint additive that significantly decreases home energy loss. Anyone know if this stuff is any good or if it is just expensive garbage?

This seems interesting. I'm a bit skeptical and am surprised that a ceramics group is talking about an additive that reflects heat. I wish I could find more info on it.
