Did It

Jeff Gunther wrote this Jan. 6, 2009.
Finally got this done. Sometimes I just need that little extra push. One problem I noticed in the store today was that despite the fact that I knew I didn't have 100W bulbs in there now, I was tempted to go with the 100W equivalents because they are only 22W compared to the 19W for the 75W equivalent I needed. This is a dangerous thing to be wary of.

See, I think it's actually a good thing. Generally, if you're going to be happier with more light, get the 22W bulbs - to me, this is a big selling point of CFLs - more light, less power.

Another thing to be wary of is the color temperature of the bulbs that you buy. The blue light that many complain about with CFLs means the color temp is too high. (I added more on this in my fix, but it should eventually make it into the guide)
